Celebrating the life of Billy "Big Poppa" Ryan.

He was born in Pampa, Texas, March 27, 1959 to Belmore Ryan and Luster Ryan. 

Billy attended Bole's children's home in Greenville, Texas where he was a star Basketball player. He moved to Amarillo, Texas in 1975.

He loved to be around his family and friends, riding around, and smoking his cigars. Billy also loved to listen to music and playing dominoes or cards. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Belmore Ryan, and Luster Ryan; a sister, Linda Ryan; and his brother, Willie "Tuttie" Ryan; grandparents, Clarence Britt, Willsanna Shelton; his Aunt, Arthur Mae Heart and Doris Lynell Britt.

He is surrounded by his children, Tina Daniels of Amarillo, Texas, TyMesha Galloway of Houston, Texas, Ashley Galloway of Amarillo, Texas, BJ Galloway  of Amarillo, Texas; his brothers, Jessie Ryan of Amarillo, Texas, Edward Ryan of Lubbock, Texas, Calvin Ryan and sister-in-law, Krystal Ryan, both of Amarillo, Texas. He had 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
