Obituary

Brenda was born on June 22, 1947 in Wheeler, TX to Harold and Alene Jones. She moved around as a child, living in Wheeler, Pampa, Albuquerque, Lubbock and California. She settled in Denver, CO, where she owned and operated her own business, B.J.'s Used Jeep and Eagle Parts, which she owned and operated for over 20 years. While living in Denver, Brenda's passion was bowling. It was a hobby she enjoyed with her family, and made many close friends, she coached youth bowlers, who lovingly called her "Grandma." She served on the Greater Denver USBC Board as well as the Colorado State USBC Board and was a certified USBC Coach. She moved to Amarillo close to 10 years ago, enjoying playing dominos and reading in her free time.

Brenda is survived by her son, John Perkovich and wife Liz of Denver, CO; 2 brothers, L.K. Jones and wife Cricket of Clovis, NM and Terry Jones and wife Lenora of Amarillo and 2 grandsons, Richard Perkovich and Dominic Ruiz, both of Denver.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
