Obituary

Bryan Austin Fields, 30, of Amarillo passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024. He was born on February 13, 1994 in Amarillo, Texas to Joel Wayne Fields and Debi Ann Wicker.

Bryan had a huge heart, an amazing smile and brilliant blue eyes. He was a jokester, a prankster and "The life of the party"! Bryan was very protective of his family, especially his siblings. He loved technology and computers. Bryan at a young age, could fix any electronics and learned how to wire things up and occasionally blow them up. He was a genius but never thought of himself that way. Bryan was a 'know it all" and would argue with you all day and night on something he believed in. His mind was always curious, looking at things in a different light. Bryan wanted to know how it worked and what made it tick. As a young boy and teenager, Bryan attended Pleasant Valley Assembly of God. There with his uncle and Pastor Bryan Vallance and Aunt Valerie Vallance, he was taught about the Lord Jesus Christ. He was a member of The Good News Bears, where he earned his nickname "Bry-Bear". To his great-grandmother, Virginia Dannels Bryan was the apple of her eye and she loved him unconditionally. Bryan cherished time with his family and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Arnold F. and Virginia S. Dannels, Lena and Lauriano Alvarado, Juan Pompa and wife Carmen and Edith Inmon; his grandmother, Virginia Bull and his two grandfathers, Eddie Lee Wicker and Ray Clinite.

Bryan is survived by his parents, Joel Wayne Fields and wife Marie Esther Garcia, Debi Clinite and husband Mike and Elaine "Mom E" Wilson; two sisters, Nicole Pitzer and husband Brady and Jasmine Desiree Fields; two brothers, Elijah Clinite and Michael Clinite; his grandparents, Wayne and Shirley Fields, Becky and Ismael Pompa, Roxanne Berenger and Rudy and Margaret Barrera; two beloved twin nieces, Renley Nicole and Ella Marie Pitzer and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and extended family.
