Born September 8, 1979, in Pratt, Kansas, to Bob and Sandy Small, Cari went to her Heavenly Home on June 1, 2026.

Cari graduated from Medicine Lodge High School in 1998. She was known for her sense of humor, her big personality, and her ability to make people laugh. Whether she was spending time outdoors, watching comedy, performing in comedy clubs in Amarillo and Lubbock, or caring for her chickens and ducks, she brought joy and laughter wherever she went.

She is survived by her three children: Tiarra (Dylan) Tefft, Zac (Tori) Davis, and Mikayla (Toby Shankles) Dorsey; her two grandchildren, Brooks and London Tefft; her parents, Bob and Sandy Small; her two sisters, Amy Squires and Jana Shaffer; several nieces and nephews; and her companion, Ricky House.
