Carl "Bo" Jimmy Sandt, 75, of Amarillo passed away on March 24, 2024. The family will hold private services at a later date.

Bo was born on December 21, 1948 in Pampa. He moved to Anadarko, OK as a child, where he was raised and graduated high school. He then attended college, receiving his degree and an Emergency Medical Technician. He worked as an EMT in Anadarko for over 10 years as well as a medication technician at various long term care facilities. He eventually moved to the Texas Hill Country, where he met his wife, Serena. They moved to Amarillo, where they were married on December 21, 1991. In his free time, Bo loved to play pool and go bowling with friends and family. He was always known to be a jokester. Above all, he loved his family. He never met a stranger and many of his children's friends considered him to be a dad to them. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Serena Sandt of Amarillo; 4 children, Patricia Washington and husband Lawrence of Oklahoma, Shawn Sandt and wife Sonja of Oklahoma, Nicki Rogers and husband Dillan of Amarillo and Russell Rogers and fiancé Jammie of Missouri; 10 grandchildren. 3 great grandchildren and 1 great grandchild on the way.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
