Cecilia was born on December 4, 1996 in Amarillo to Jesus and Elisa Rodriguez. She attended Caprock High School, graduating in 2014. She shared a love of baseball and softball with her family, and played for the Caprock High School Softball team. She was a talented artist and was a great friend to many. More than anything, she loved her children and was an exceptional provider to them. She will be missed by many.

Cecilia is survived by her parents, Jesus and Elisa Rodriguez; 3 brothers, Noe Rodriguez and wife Elizabeth, Adam Rodriguez and Freddie Rodriguez and wife Melissa; daughter, Nayeli April Rodriguez; son, Juan Antonio Salinas, all of Amarillo and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews who will miss her greatly.

She was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents.
