Cynthia was born on May 30, 1959 in Amarillo to Lennis and Ramona Schwartz. She was raised in Amarillo, where she attended Palo Duro High School. She married Scott Hough in Amarillo, celebrating 18 years of marriage. Together, they enjoyed riding motorcycles and participating in their ministry, Hardcore Motorcycle Ministry as well as watching their favorite t.v. shows together. Cynthia was employed as a florist at Shelton's Flowers for over 15 years. After retirement, she cleaned homes with her daughter, Casey.

Cynthia is survived by her husband, Scott Hough; daughter, Bonnie Sertuche; brother, Tim Schwartz and wife Dee; grandchildren, Serenity, Natalie, Tiger, Andrianna, Brianna, Amaya, Bonnet and Teal as well as step-son, Kody.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Mark Schwartz and her daughter, Casey Dawn Unruh.
