Della was born on March 31, 1955 in Amarillo to Weldon and Juanita Bynum. She loved spending time in Pleasant Valley, riding horses with her siblings, then moved to Aurora, CO where she graduated from high school before moving back to Amarillo in 1974. She worked as a dog groomer for many years, owning her own shop as well as working for Canyon Road Animal Hospital for close to 8 years. She enjoyed competing in Archery when she was able and taking fishing trips with her family. Above all, she loved being "Chacha" to her grandchildren.

Della is survived by her son, Dallas Kosechata and wife Bianca of Amarillo; 3 grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Layton and Bryanna Kosechata; 3 sisters, Toni Williams and husband Ray of Amarillo, Angie Guston and husband Charles of San Angelo and Sue Oglesby of Victoria and 3 brothers, Lynn Bynum and wife Tricia of Amarillo, Alan Shipman of Arkansas and Albert Shipman and wife Carolyn of Plano.
