Donna Gail Pepper, 68, of Amarillo passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Donna was born on December 27, 1955 in Paris, Texas to Don Wright Burnsed and Shirley Jane (Moore) Brunsed. She graduated from Caprock in 1975 and went on to marry Ronnie Joe Pepper in 1993. Donna enjoyed spending time at their ranch with Ronnie riding horses, caring for the ranch and enjoying the scenery. She was a devoted member of The Range Riders for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her beautiful mother, talking to her friends on Facebook and watching her favorite shows on the television.

She is survived by her mom, Shirley Burnsed; sons, Bryan Bailey and spouse Brittany Garcia and Justin Mark Bailey; 2 sisters, Debra Soria and Jo Ann Evans and husband David; brother, Thomas Martin Burnsed and wife Emily and 6 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father Don Wright Burnsed in 2006; husband, Ronnie Joe Pepper and her son, Richard Lance Bailey, who faithfully served the United States Navy.
