Obituary

Eugene was born on December 2, 1961 in Amarillo to Joe and Betty McKibban. His passion in life was riding his Harley and being in the wind. He was an excellent mechanic, millwright and carpenter who enjoyed working on his motorcycle. Those who knew him, knew him to be quite the story-teller, as well as stubborn and strong-willed. He sported many tattoos, all of which had significant meaning to him. He loved his family deeply and showed it the best way he knew how. It brought him great joy to host family dinners surrounded by his kids. Eugene was an anomaly that can never be duplicated and will be greatly missed by his family.

He is survived by his 4 daughters, Bonnie McKibban and husband George Williams of Grand Prairie, Candace "Kansas" Amador and husband Danny James of Amarillo, Pamela Morales and husband Eloy of Fort Worth and Charlee Hickman and husband Terry of Amarillo; 3 sons, Floyd McKibban of Amarillo, Eli McKibban and wife Courtney of Amarillo and Clay McKibban of Amarillo; sister, Gail Greathouse of Amarillo; brother, Jimmy Presley Hammons of Amarillo and 18 grandchildren left to cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Kimberly Gail McKibban.
