Obituary

Jay was born on November 14, 1984, In Amarillo, TX to Randy & Tammy, He was the first grandchild on both sides of the family and gained the favor and admiration of his grandparents, uncles and aunt. At an early age he decided that he was the "Golden Child" and was quick express that to all his family in a joking way. Jay was raised in Amarillo until 1987 then moved with Tammy to Owosso Michigan and began his next journey in life. He attended school and loved anything that was outdoors, daring or offered a challenge. As his family there began to grow, he was blessed with sisters that he loved, admired and couldn't wait until they were old enough to play outside with him.

Jay enjoyed life and all it had to offer, he loved fishing, hunting, cars to restore, music, anything to do with electronics and most of all his family. As a teenager he played football, enjoyed swimming in the summers, and riding bikes. He has a long list of friends who he cherished, and each friendship he had with them.

Jay entered parenting early in life and had a son Jacob on February 13, 1999. Later, after meeting the first love of his life Mollie they had a son Zachary on August 31, 2001. Several years later Jay met, and Married Kesha and they had daughters Lexi and Kami & sons Jay Jr. and Michael. Jay loved each one of his kids in a special way and wanted to give them all the love he knew how to.

Jay's time with us was short, and we all will remember and cherish the times we had with him. On behalf of Jay, my prayer is that God will fill the void in our hearts and lives as only he can and that we all realize our time here on this earth together is short. Finally, all of you, be like minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble. 1 Peter 3:8
