Jessica was born on April 13, 1971 in Carlsbad, NM to Earl and Shannon Jones. She was raised in Carlsbad, where she graduated from high school in 1990. She then attended Northwood University, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in business. After graduating, she began employment as a technical writer, later working at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant until setting in Amarillo.
Jessica enjoyed making all types of crafts, especially turquoise jewelry, and gardening. Above all, she cherished God and her children.

She is survived by her children, Hope Hogue and Sam Bickham of Amarillo and Brooke Bell of Roswell, NM; father, Earl Jones of Amarillo; grandchildren, Kora Lloyd of South Carolina and Raylee and Dawson Bell of Roswell; close cousins, Kay and Walter Skinner; her beloved weenie dog, Weenie and many other loved family members.

Jessica was preceded in death by her mother, Shannon Jones and her son, Connor Ethan Lloyd.
