Jodie Houle, 50, passed away on April 26, 2026.

She was born on December 10, 1975, and lived a life centered on caring for others. Jodie was a lifelong nurturer whose greatest joy came from tending to her family, her beloved four dogs and four cats, and her gardens filled with flowers and vegetables.

Jodie found happiness in life's simple and meaningful moments. She enjoyed fishing and camping, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and creating thoughtful gifts through 3D printing. Above all, she cherished time spent with the people she loved.

She is survived by her parents, Harold and Pat Connell; her brothers, Shawn and wife Kathy Connell, Jason Connell, and Zach and wife JoLynn Connell; her son, Sebastian Connell; her granddaughters, Talya and Lilah; and numerous others.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kayla Kirkland.

Jodie was a shining light to everyone around her. Her warmth, kindness, and giving spirit touched many lives, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
