John Alexander Stewart "John Rock", 61, of Amarillo, TX passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.

John was born in Germany on August 2, 1963. His family was of military life for 20 years before finally settling in El Paso, Texas. John graduated High School in El Paso and not long after he moved to Amarillo.
John was the owner of Lone Star Interior from 1997-2000. He enjoyed disc golf and baseball… a lot! He and his proudest joy, David enjoyed hiking, traveling, going to the lake, camping and so much more together. John helped with coaching the Texas Trauma Baseball Team, a joy that he talked about many times even days before his passing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Linda Stewart and a sister, Sandra Stewart.
John is survived by his son, David Stewart of Amarillo, Texas who is currently serving in The United States Army and many wonderful caring friends.

At John's request there will no services. Memorials can be made as donations in John's honor to Texas Trauma baseball team, Gentiva Hospice, Faith City Mission or Georgia Manor Nursing Home.
