It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kimberley Hance, who left us on May 19, 2025, at the age of 55. Born on August 14, 1969, in Kentucky, Kimberley moved to Amarillo as a child, where she embraced life and the community around her.

Kimberley spent many years bringing joy to others at Barney's Beanery as a dedicated waitress, and later transitioned to home health, where she cared for those in need with her warm heart and gentle spirit. Family gatherings and time spent with friends were always the highlight of her life, and her laughter and love will be missed deeply by all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving parents, Joe and Cathy Burkhalter; her son, Brandon Hance; her sisters, Susie Anderson (and husband James) of Guthrie, OK, and Sherri Dean of Bend, OR; her uncle Ricky Moore of Amarillo; and a host of nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
