It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lee Henriquez, who left us peacefully on December 29, 2025 in Amarillo, TX. Born on November 26, 1954, in Trenton, NJ, Lee was not just a mechanic by trade but a true craftsman at heart. He dedicated most of his life to fixing cars, always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. Beyond the garage, Lee had a passion for life that was contagious. His love for singing brightened up every gathering, and he had a knack for driving anything with wheels—his collection of cars was a testament to that. A true water enthusiast, you'd often find him fishing and crabbing, and once he was by the water, good luck getting him out!

Lee leaves behind his loving wife, Lorrie Poppe, daughters, Lisa Ward and Terry Geib; sons, Lee Castillo, Nicholas Henriquez, Trevor Henriquez, Taylor Henriquez, Triston Henriquez and James Mercer; brother, Arturo Henriquez and 6 grandchildren.
