Obituary

Liam Patrick Driscoll, 20, of Amarillo, Texas passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025. He was born on December 23, 2004, in Greenville, South Carolina to Jim Driscoll and Carrie Anne Eagen.

Liam graduated from Amarillo High and Amtech in 2023. Liam was a bright and happy child with a never-ending imagination. From a young age, he loved to help people and was known to talk to everyone. Liam enjoyed trying new activities and he grew to develop an interest in fencing, sword fighting, floriography, air soft and guitars. He would run around and play everyone a song that "he" had written. Liam was very loving, empathetic and well-mannered young man, with dreams of becoming a Chef. He really enjoyed cooking, gaining much experience for his age. Liam filled his days with gaming, he especially enjoyed playing Warhammer with his best friends, Devin and Aiden. They would spend hours creating an army of epic proportions. Liam was writing a Sci-Fi novel in the vein of H.P. Lovecraft. He worked at Mac Joe's starting at the beginning of his sophomore year. His happiest memories were working with Mrs. Obenhaus at the Amtech Café.

For the last six months, Liam was exploring the possibility of becoming an armourer and wanted to teach fencing and sword play. He was loved by many and will be carried through the ages, in our hearts and minds.

He is preceded in death by his PaPa, Dan Gallagher Sr.; grandma, Nancy Driscoll; a cousin, Ka'Tara Gallagher and an uncle, Marty Driscoll.

Liam is survived by his parents, Carrie Anne Eagen and Jim and Aimee Driscoll; five sisters, Kiya, Kailyn and Kori Eagen and Sena and Mila Sebren; his brother, Chandler Gallagher; grandparents, Pam Gallagher, Jill and Joel Laster, Matt Driscoll, Paul Voyles and Rene Schultz and his great-grandfather, Phil Driscoll.
