Lloyd Richard "Jack" Burge, 73, of Amarillo unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2024.
Jack was born in Altus, OK on October 8, 1950 to James and Evelyn Burge. He grew up in Amarillo, TX and graduated from Palo Duro High School, class of 1970. Jack was a welder and a proud member of the Texas Iron Workers Union.
Jack is survived by his kids, Toby Burge, Tammy Hanks and husband, Dave and Chad Ragan of Amarillo, TX and Paul Carter and wife Lynette of San Antonio, TX; his brothers, Mike Burge and wife, Charleen and Timothy Burge, all of Amarillo as well as nieces, nephews, grandkids, great grandkids and friends.
