Lynda Lou Payne. 83, of Amarillo passed away Thursday, January 4, 2024. There are no services at this time.

Lynda was born April 1, 1940 in Pampa, Texas to Leon William Bullard and Stella Bullard. She graduated from Pampa High School in 1958. Lynda was a devoted Christian and a longtime member of The Church at Quail Creek. She was a talented Interior Designer and worked for Texas Furniture for over 35 years. Lynda cherished spending time with family, especially her precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Marty Garner; a brother, Jim Bullard and a granddaughter, Kristen Garner.

Lynda is survived by two sons, Terry Garner and wife Melissa and Rick Garner; a sister, Betty Langford; a daughter-in-law, Pam Dalton; five grandchildren, Heather Pierce and husband Kyle, Shalyn Johnston and husband Brandon, Teryn McCarley and husband Stephen, Ashley Garner and Aaron Garner and 8 great- grandchildren, Gunnar, Cameron, Kendall, Kellen, Gracyn, Colson, Caiden and Wyatt,
