Mary Ann Rocha, 67, of Amarillo, Texas, passed away on May 14, 2026.
She was born on August 1, 1958, in Brownfield, Texas, to Ernest and Gloria Escalante. Mary was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose life was centered around her family.
She enjoyed spending time with her loved ones and found joy in simple pleasures such as playing bingo, visiting casinos, and shopping. Mary will be remembered for her caring nature, generosity, and deep love for her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Jose Rocha; her children, Angela Chanthavilay; Jennifer (Blas) Escalante; and Oscar (Jennifer) Pedroza; her grandchildren, Jonah (Daniela), David, Anikah, Angelo, Ayden, and Adryael; her sister, Sylvia (Patrick) Olivias; and her brother, Victor (Tammy) Escalante.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Gloria Escalante; her brother, Ernest Escalante Jr.; and her granddaughters, Mariyana and Analeigh.
Mary Ann Rocha will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
