Rick Weldon Caster, 62, of Amarillo passed away on September 6, 2024.

Rick was born on July 6, 1962 in Hereford to Richard and Norma Jean Caster. He moved to Amarillo as a child, where he attended schools and worked. He was an excellent provider for his family, working in maintenance at the pallet shop for many years and lastly for United Supermarkets, retiring in July of this year. Rick was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and loved watching NASCAR and Pawnstars. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and being "Papa" to them and taking them to the park and the lake as often as possible.

He is survived by 2 daughters, Tiffanny of Amarillo and Shawna Rae Pacheco and husband Luke of Amarillo; son, Richard Caster of Amarillo; twin sister, Nicky Melear of Amarillo, grandchildren, Lyfe, Adyn, Rayce, Billi Jean, Ricky, Ryan, Aryann and Angel and his ex-wife, Kimberly Caster.

Rick was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Debbie Wheeler; brother, Jerry Caster and grandson, Bryson Caster.
