Ricky Don Gragg, 70, of Shamrock, Texas passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024.

Ricky was born in Shamrock, Texas on May 17, 1953 to Charles Lee Gragg and Wilma Joyce (Thomas) Gragg. He graduated from Shamrock High School, where he was a great football player and was very proud of his high school years and memories. Ricky shared 33 years of marriage to Brenda Deger. He was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Shamrock. Ricky worked for West Texas Utilities for 17 years. He pursued his love for ranching and raising cattle and was a true cowboy who wasn't afraid of hard work. Ricky was very much loved and cared for by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dola and Caroline Gragg; parents, Charles and Joyce Gragg; a sister, Vicki Gragg and a sister, Dianne Reynolds.

Ricky is survived a daughter, Desha Gragg; a son, Chad Gragg; a brother, Ronald Gragg; three grandchildren, Avery Gragg, Abby Gragg and Dodge Garza and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Private Memorial will held to honor at a later date. Ricky's final wishes were to have his ashes spread by the creek at the dairy.
