Robert, or "Catfish" and "Fish" as he was known to his friends and family, was born on June 30. 1945 in Aspermont, TX. He moved to Amarillo as a child, where he graduated from Palo Duro High School in 1964. He worked several different types of jobs throughout his life, including truckdriving, working at Tradewinds Airport, and Toot-n-Totum, but spent the majority of his life working at IBP, which later became Tyson. He married Sue (Pope) Andrews on December 8, 1989. She preceded him in death in 2022. Fish lived life on his terms, he enjoyed riding his Trike and took many memorable trips including riding to Sturgis with his wife Sue. His favorite memories were spent on his porch with his wife Sue counting airplanes and feeding jack rabbits, most likely with his Lonestar beer. One of his other favorite places to be was The Handle Bar and Grill. The family wished to express their sincere appreciation to Keith and the staff for the love and friendship they showed to Fish.
