Obituary

Ronald Glenn Perrin 70, of Amarillo Tx passed peacefully in his home June 5,2025. Glenn was born January 9th, 1955 to Melvin and Elizebeth Perrin in Hamlin Tx. He attended Denver City High School, graduating Class of 1973. Glenn worked for the City of Amarillo, retiring after 22 years. He was a former Head Scout Master for Troop 65. He became a Wrestling Referee for UIL events after following his oldest son's High School wrestling career. His hobbies included Skating, Camping, Fishing, Spending time with Family and visits with his close neighbors The Ybarra Family. Glenn has a unique way to combined common items into interesting yet beautiful masterpieces such as Chairs, Carvings, Drawings and Engineering household items into unique yet functional items. Glenn is Survived by his children, Son Christopher Glenn Perrin and wife Heather of Amarillo Tx. Daughter MistyLynn Perrin-Enriquez and wife Priscilla of Big Spring Tx. And 7 grandchildren. Glenn is preceded in Death by his parents Melvin and Elizebeth Perrin, Brother Bargie Perrin, Son Matthew Todd Perrin and MaryAnn Perrin. If you knew Glenn he was a man of Simplicity and Ease, never one for extravagance or fuss. He lived life quietly yet fully, always staying true to himself with values that mattered most to him. He didn't need flashy clothes or grand gestures to stand out, his warmth, humor and authenticity did that all on their own. He marched to the beat of his own drum, often doing things his own way without concern for what others thought. It was the Straightforward, Unpretentious Spirit that made him so Lovable.
