Ronnie M. Martinez Sr 52, was born September 1, 1971 in San Saba, TX to Rodolfo, Jr. and Velma Martinez. He graduated from R. L. Turner high school in Carrolton, TX and immediately started working construction. His wife often called him Mr. Construction as that is what he enjoyed and did for 30 plus years of his life. He was a very hard working man and a "what you see is what you get" kinda guy and was always blunt and to the point. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan never missing a game. He was a master at barbecuing.

He is preceded in death by his parents Rodolfo Jr and Velma Martinez, his paternal grandparents Rodolfo Jr and Trinidad Martinez and his maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Mendez

Ronnie is survived by his wife, Sheila Martinez of Amarillo; 5 children, Izabella "Izzy" Martinez of the home, Velma Aguilar of Corsicana, Ronnie Martinez Jr and wife Angel of Amarillo, Felicia West and husband Justin of Corsicana and Dallas Martinez and wife Hope of Corsicana; 3 step-children, Christian Donald of Amarillo, Jacob Donald of Amarillo and Brianna Armstrong and husband Daymon of Amarillo; 9 grandchildren, Isaac Aguilar, Adelyn Aguilar, Felicity West, Aurora West, Alyrica Donald, Kayzlynn Washington, TK Washington, Everleigh Armstrong, and Joie Armstrong; 4 sisters, Rebecca Martinez of Dallas, Rosemary Martinez of Dallas, Michelle Martinez of Dallas and Nicole Mendez of Dallas and 1 brother, Roger Martinez of Amarillo.
