Russell Roy Handley, 72, of Amarillo, Texas passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025. He was born on July 10, 1952 to Raymond Russell Handley and Royetta Pitcher Bucklew Handley at Epworth hospital in Liberal Kansas. Russell was a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan and his life will be celebrated near the stadium in the summertime.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Russell Handley; a brother, Ronald Ray Handley and step-father, Robert Bucklew.
Russell is the beloved father of Ryan Handley of Buffalo, New York and Staci Handley Williams of Virginia Beach, Virginia; grandfather to Grayson and Gemma Handley, and Konner, Aaron, Easton Williams and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Russell Handley; a brother, Ronald Ray Handley and step-father, Robert Bucklew.
