Shane was born on September 18, 1983 in Lansdale, PA. He moved to Oceanside, CA at the age of 3, before moving to Randolph, MA, where he graduated from high school. Following graduation, he settled in Amarillo in 2001. Shane was a caregiver at heart, taking care of others at the nursing homes, but was proudest being given the opportunity to care for his niece, Karley, who he was especially close with. Those who knew Shane, knew him to be stubborn sometimes and often strong-willed, a characteristic that helped him beat cancer twice. He was intelligent and articulate, always looking forward to the word of the day to challenge himself in using it several times throughout his day. He had the ability to solve the rubix cube and tackle challenging word searches. As a child, Shane enjoyed playing soccer and played indoor soccer as an adult.

He is survived by his mother, Beverley Morse of Amarillo; 2 sisters, Tawna Williams and fiancé Brett Curry of Canyon and Tiffany Morse of Amarillo; nieces and nephews, Cayden Andrew Morse, Kensey Makelle Williams, Matthew Tristen Gardner and Zoie Karynne Fetterman and great niece, Willow Brylee Morse.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Morse; niece, Karley Elisabeth Williams and his grandparents.
