Shirley Ann "Renny" Ellis was a spunky mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend, and chocoholic; always the first to laugh at herself and to stop and smell the roses. She departed this world suddenly on April 4, 2024 at age 72.

She is preceded in death by her parents Lorraine "Shortie" and Richard Ellis, partner Larry Marchbanks, and many beloved cats. Shirley is survived by her sister, Gayla (Don) Hulen, Daughter, April (Omar) LeBon, Son, Brent (Edie) Davis, Grandchildren, Amanda (Matthew) Barnett, Logan (Helenka) Barnett, and Brenna (Trey) Davis, as well as her nephew Shane (Amber) Hulen, niece Melissa (Trevelle) Hudson and their families.

Shirley leaves behind a legacy of joy, humor, a love for old cinema, gardening, family, and art. While she will be sorely missed by many, her legacy lives on strongly in those whose lives she touched.
