Silberio Solis Jr, 72, of Amarillo passed away Sunday, July 14, 2024.

Silberio was born July 5, 1952 in Amarillo, Texas to Silberio and Rosa Almanzar Solis Sr. He worked hard as a construction worker and carpenter. He would work all day then come home to watch the TV, no one had a chance at the TV. Silberio was a very strong willed person, it was "his way or no way" He enjoyed fishing and visiting The Redwoods in San Jose, California. Silberio loved to go play bingo and visit the casinos. He was all about his family and made sure his kids visited his mom. He would always talk about what you should not eat. Silberio loved Jesus!

He was preceded in death by his dad, Silberio Solis Sr.

Silberio is survived by his mom, Rosa A. Solis; a daughter, Sonya Ybanez and husband Raul; 2 step daughters, Crystal Baptista and Shannon Baptista; a son, Marcelino Solis; a step son, Richard Deschamp; four sisters, Susan Marez and husband Daniel, Esther Molina, Margarita Atterberry and Rebecca Adkins and husband Patrick; three brothers, Danny Solis and wife Cinthia, Larry Solis and wife Karen and Robert Solis and wife Connie; 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
