Services for Steve Pollard, 61, of Amarillo, who passed from this life on June 14, 2025 after a brief illness, will be held on Monday, July 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Trinity Fellowship Church.

Steve was born on January 18, 1964 in Morton, TX to Harry and Lil Pollard of Enochs. They preceded him in death. He is survived by wife, Sara Pollard, 3 daughters, Meagan Pollard of Amarillo, Kristina Holman and wife Casei of Amarillo and Tiffany Daniel of Amarillo; 4 sons, Ryan Pollard of Amarillo, Evan Pollard and wife Marissa of Washington, Michael Mize and wife Sarah of Amarillo, Zak Meek of Indiana; 2 sisters, Charlene Lewis of Blanco and Gwen Sinclair and husband Joel of Lubbock; 17 grandchildren, Ian Torres, Caylee Holman, Alyvia Holman, Taytum Holman, Teagan Holman, Sara Copeland, Hunter Copeland, Kayla Copeland, Jessa Daniel, Zane Mize, Piper Pollard, Emma Pollard, Lily Pollard, Heaven Meek, Noah Meek and Sky Meek, and Ely Meek as well as several cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.

Steve graduated from Three Way High School in 1982. He attended Texas Tech University and was a basketball and football official for much of his life. He also worked in hotel management and as the General Manager of the Amarillo Air Hogs baseball team.

Steve loved sports and officiating was a hobby he loved as well as an occupation. He loved attending sporting events with his children, grandchildren and friends and was a lifelong fan of the New York Mets and Texas Tech Red Raiders.
