Tony was born on February 24, 1966 in Hereford, TX. He moved to Amarillo as a child, making many close friends throughout his life. He enjoyed working with his hands, fixing and putting things together and was the best mechanic, knowing the car inside and out. Tony was full of life, with an enormous heart and always willing to help someone in need. Sometimes he could be stubborn and always let you know what was on his mind, but even then, you always knew he loved you. In his free time, he loved having cookouts with friends and family and playing in pool tournaments. Most of all, he loved his daughters and cherished being "Grampy" and "Grandpa" to his grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughters, Krystal Pina-Martinez and Chris and Amanda Bankhead and husband Timothy; sisters, Crisella Hernandez and husband Joe, Vida, Hope and Erika; brother, Danny Pina and wife Zulema; mother, Mary Cordero; 4 grandchildren, Madelynn Martinez, Branden Bankhead, Benjamin Bankhead and Baylee Bankhead; niece, Audrey LaCombe and husband Greggers; great niece, Dejia LaCombe; great nephew, Ethan LaCombe and his beloved pets, Daisy, Barbie, Snowball, Bullet and Kilo.

Tony was preceded in death by his father, Tony Pina, Sr.; sister, Jessica Hernandez and brother, David Pina.
