Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Travis William Babcock, 31, of Amarillo,Tx, born October 6, 1994, and went to our heavenly father June 8th, 2026,

He was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished son and grandson, beloved brother and uncle, loyal friend, and hardworking man who touched the lives of everyone he met.

Travis was a man who never met a stranger. His warm smile, kind heart, and genuine love for people made everyone feel welcome. He was known for his strong work ethic and dedication to providing for and caring for his family. Above all else, he treasured the time he spent with those he loved.

He found joy in playing his guitar, fishing, golfing, watching the Cowboys play, and making memories with friends and family. He took pride in all of his accomplishments such as a license Journeyman Plumber, CDL driver, and numerous certifications. Whether on the water with a fishing pole in hand, on the golf course, or gathered with loved ones, he cherished every moment and made a lasting impression on those around him.

Travis is proceeded in death by his grandfathers Robert J Stokes and William A White, and father in law Garry D Parker.

He leaves behind his beloved wife Janae and their three children, Kaegan, Zoey and Kenzi, who were the pride and joy of his life. He is also survived by his mother and father, Amy and Tony Stokes, mother in law Tish Parker, grandparents Jim and Joyce Clark, Brenda Stokes, Siblings Shelby Babcock, Kimberly Stokes fiancé J'Dyn Andrews, Brandon Stokes fiancé Erica Gonzales, nieces and nephews Aurora "Uncle Rara", Liam, Peyton, Emberly, and Brooklyn who knew him as "Unc". His love, guidance, and unwavering support will remain with them forever.

Though our hearts are broken by his passing, we find comfort in the countless memories he gave us and the love he shared so freely. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

"Those we love don't go away; they walk beside us every day."
His legacy of kindness, hard work, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
