Victoria was born on July 6, 2006 in Amarillo to Ben and Sylvia Vasquez. She was currently a senior at Palo Duro High School. She was an accomplished wrestler, becoming 3 time state qualifier, a state finalist and served as the captain of the Girls wrestling team. She competed and mentored both the Wesley and the MAAC wrestling club.
Those who knew Victoria knew her to be fearless, resilient, determined and strong woman of all qualities. She was ambitious with a business mindset. Victoria desired to be an entrepreneur, already sharing her talent as a Lash Tech with others. Victoria was always a fashionista, her style always matching her sass. Above all, she loved her family and showed them all in her own special way.
She is survived by her parents; Benjamin and Sylvia Vasquez; brothers, Rolfi Vasquz and Mario Vasquez and wife Alisha, including niece, Kalani; paternal grandmother, Yolanda Vasquez; maternal grandmother, Eva Montenegro; maternal great grandmother, Juana Montenegro; aunts and uncles, Arturo Montenegro Jr, Ceasar Vasquez and wife Claudia, Nancy Karina, Elizabeth Montenegro, Maggie Samaniego and Gabina Rojas and husband Abraham and her boyfriend, Alan Valverde with their human-like dog, Virgil.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Arturo Montenegro and great grandfather, Ranulfo Montenegro and great grandmother, Antonia Rodriguez.
