Victoria was born on October 3, 1990 in Tulia to Richard and Rita Chapa. She moved to Amarillo as a child, where she graduated from Palo Duro High School in 2009. She then attended Vista College, receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Ked Plasma, the Craig Nursing Home and was currently employed at Quest Diagnostics. In 2020, she married Shon Dizer, her high school sweetheart.
In her free time, Toria enjoyed playing Bingo with her grandmother, Patsy as well as spending time with family and friends. She was mostly private and kept to herself and was independent. Her family and friends will always remember her tendency to suck her thumb and gently rub their clothing when she was comfortable.
She is survived by her husband, Shon Dizer of Amarillo; daughter, Latrice Dizer; son, Treshon Dizer, both of Amarillo; grandmother, Patsy Gallegos; sister, Shantel Nickerson of Denver; 4 brothers, Richard Chapa and fiancé; Lorena; Chris Chapa, Bobby Chapa and Jeremie Chapa and wife Maritza, all of Amarillo; close nieces and nephews, who she helped care for, P.J., Shamal and Kamal and her step-father, Ralph Hernandez, III of Amarillo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather, Lynn Corder and niece, Mya.
