It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Zyon Luna, a cherished son, brother, and grandson, who left us too soon. Zyon, who brought joy and laughter to everyone around him, he is survived by his parents, Carlos Luna and Angelina Cruz, and his stepmother, Leilani Vargas. He will be deeply missed by his brothers, Ilio Luna and Zayne Cruz, and his extended family, which includes his grandparents Memaw Alice Stuart, Kricia Sierra, Carlos Luna, Ramona Cruz, Dagny Sierra, GiGi Angie and Pepaw Steve Sierra, Carmen Alejandre, Jessica and Robert Salgado and Irene and Oscar Salgado; beloved aunts Kyndra and Katrina Sierra and their children, Esther, Joanna and Pamela Salgado and their kids, Christina Esparza and Her kids, uncles Rolondo Sierra, Bobby Salgado, and Louis Salgado and his kids, and cousins Darcy King and her children, Brianna Clark and her child.

Zyon was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Pedro Luna.

His vibrant spirit shone through his love for play, particularly with his cars, stuffed animals, and action figures. A lover of adventure always wanting to go and leave anywhere, he loved playing outside and had a particular fondness for his beloved sunglasses, often worn upside down. His favorite movies were Home, Cars, and Zootopia—as well as his favorite food, burgers (with all the veggies), brought him immense joy.

Zyon's kindness and affectionate nature will be remembered by all who knew him.
